Co-writer credits
Each Co-writer request uses one credit from your plan’s monthly allowance. It resets on the first day of each month.
How credits work
- Every plan includes Co-writer credits each month.
- One request is one credit: sending a message to Co-writer, or running a Co-writer tool.
- Preparing a request costs nothing. Nothing is used until you choose Send.
- Develop in Production uses credits like any other Co-writer request.

When they reset
Credits reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused credits don’t carry over.
When you are close
When you have used 80% of the month’s credits, Plan & usage shows that you are approaching the allowance.
When you run out
Co-writer says: You’ve used this month’s Co-writer credits. Your writing stays fully available. Everything else in Scriptr works as normal. Credits return at the start of next month, or upgrade for a larger allowance.
