Collaboration
Inviting people, roles, comments, feedback and access.
- Collaboration at a glanceProjects are private until you invite someone. Each person can edit or view, and feedback sits next to the work.
- Inviting someone to a ProjectProject owners can invite people by email to view or edit a Project. A copied link never gives anyone access by itself.
- Viewer vs Editor accessCan view lets someone read a Project. Can edit lets them change it. Only the owner manages who has access.
- Removing accessThe owner can remove anyone from a Project or revoke an invitation that has not been accepted.
- Private links and general accessA project’s link opens only for people with access. There is no public or ‘anyone with the link’ sharing.
- Comments and feedbackLeave notes beside the line they are about, or at the exact moment of a take. Every comment reaches the Inbox.
- Notifications and emailChoose which optional emails you get. Sign-in codes, receipts, billing and security notices are always sent.
