Comments and feedback

Leave notes beside the line they are about, or at the exact moment of a take. Every comment reaches the Inbox.

Feedback is most useful when it points at something exact. In Scriptr, every comment is attached to what it is about.

In Story and Script

Select the words you want to comment on and add a comment. The passage is highlighted, and the comment sits beside the line. Others in the project can reply. When a note has been dealt with, resolve it.

Comments are about the text as it was when they were written. If the line changes afterwards, the comment stays with it, so you can see what the note referred to.

In Production

Comments on a take or a version of the draft are pinned to an exact time. See Comments on takes and versions.

In Voice Studio

People in the project can comment on a voice audition.

Where comments go

Every comment reaches Inbox → Comments. Opening one takes you to the place it is about. See The Inbox.

Comments are never part of the work

Comments are never exported, and never included in agent-ready Markdown.
