When something does not go the way it should.

• Confirmation email did not arriveIf the email to confirm your account has not arrived, check the address, look in spam, wait a minute and resend.
• Sign-in link expired or already usedSign-in and recovery links work once and for a limited time. Request a new one and open the newest email.
• Import failedIf an import fails, check the file type, the size limit and whether the type matches Script or Story, then try pasting the text.
• Project invitation problemsMost invitation problems come from expired invitations or signing in with a different email address from the one invited.
• Recovering recent writing and how autosave worksScriptr saves as you type and keeps a recovery copy in your browser, so writing is not lost when the connection drops or someone else saves.
