Finding text and moving around the Script
Search the whole screenplay, jump to any scene or act, and use the outline to see the structure.
Jump to a scene or act
Open Tools (⌘ K or Ctrl K) and choose Go to scene or Go to act. The scenes are listed in Courier with their headings. Choose one to move the caret there; Tools closes.
Search the screenplay
In Tools, choose Search screenplay and type. Matches are listed with their scene and element, and choosing one highlights it in the script. Find next moves to the next match; when there are none left, Tools says No further match.
The outline
The Script outline in the Navigator lists acts and scenes in order. Use it to see the shape of the screenplay and to move scenes. See Moving scenes and acts.
