Removing access
The owner can remove anyone from a Project or revoke an invitation that has not been accepted.
Remove someone
- Open the Project and select Share.
- Under People with access, open the menu beside the person and choose Remove access.
They can no longer open the Project. Work they did in it stays in the Project.
Revoke an invitation
Beside a pending invitation, select ⋯ to revoke it. The invitation link stops working.
Good to know
- Only the owner can remove people. Editors and viewers cannot.
- The owner cannot be removed.
- Someone who still has the Project open may keep seeing what is on their screen until they reload or move on.
