Managing your account

Open the account menu (your name at the top of the sidebar) and choose Settings.

Account

• Profile: your name. It is the name on your exported title pages. See Your name and country or region.
• Country or region: sets the currency prices are shown in.
• Email: see Changing your email address.
• Sign-in methods: email, and Google or X if you use them. A Scriptr password exists only if you created one. Removing Scriptr in your Google or X settings stops that provider from signing you in. It does not delete your Scriptr account. See Signing in.
• Sessions: Sign out of this browser, Sign out other sessions, or Sign out all sessions. Other sessions stop refreshing straight away; a session already open elsewhere may stay usable for a short time until it expires.

Appearance

• Environment: White, Warm, Dark or System.
• Story typography: Scriptr Editorial or Scriptr Sans. Screenplays always use Courier Prime. See Appearance and themes.

Notifications

Choose whether to receive optional emails: product education, what’s new, and tips and learning. Sign-in links, password recovery, email changes, security notices and Project invitations are always sent.

Plan & usage, Billing

Plan & usage shows your plan, your Co-writer credits, and your project and Whiteboard limits. See Checking your usage. Billing manages a paid plan, payment method and invoices. See Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling.

Data & privacy

Export your account data, or ask for your account to be deleted. See Exporting your data and Deleting your account. You can export each Story and Script at any time.
