Where is my receipt?
We email your receipt to the address you gave for it when you bought the gift.
I typed their email address wrong
Write to hello@scriptr.co from the address you used for the receipt, with the correct address. We can resend the gift.
They didn’t get the email
Ask them to check their spam folder. If it isn’t there, write to us and we will resend it.
Can they choose a different plan?
The gift is for the plan and length you chose. They can subscribe to a different plan at any time, separately.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us. Refunds are reviewed by our team. See Refunds.
