Images for character and place looks
Generate an image of a character or place and set it as their look, so every later generation uses it.
A look is how a character or place appears. When a character has a primary look, every generation that includes them starts from it, which keeps them recognisable from shot to shot.
Create a look
- Generate an image of the character or place. See Generating images.
- When it’s ready, choose Set as and the name’s look, for example Set as June’s look.
That writes the character’s primary look on their profile and changes nothing else. You can also save the image as a reference instead, or try again.
Characters without a look
If you add a character who has no look to a generation, Scriptr says so. It uses their written description instead, and offers to create their look first. The same applies to places.
On the profile
The primary look is outlined and badged on the profile. Other looks can be kept for one shot only, and are marked with that shot, for example This shot only — Scene 07 · Shot 02. Choose Add a look to add another.
A character without a look shows a monogram instead.
