How long do they have to redeem it?

12 months from the day you bought it.

Where is my receipt?

We email it to the address you gave for the receipt.

I typed their email address wrong

Write to support@scriptr.co from the receipt address, with the correct one. If the gift hasn’t been claimed, we can resend it.

They didn’t get the email

Ask them to check their spam folder. If it isn’t there, write to us and we will resend it.

Can they choose a different plan?

The gift is for the plan and length you chose. They can subscribe to another plan separately at any time.

Can I get a refund?

Write to support@scriptr.co. Our team reviews every request, and your consumer rights are unaffected. If a gift is refunded, or the payment is disputed, the gifted plan is withdrawn from the account that redeemed it.
