Accepting or rejecting proposed changes
Nothing Co-writer suggests becomes part of your project until you accept it. You can accept, revise, dismiss or undo.
Co-writer never changes your project by itself. Everything it suggests is a proposal until you accept it.
Drafts in Story and Script
When Co-writer drafts writing, it appears in your manuscript, marked as unapproved.
- Accept to keep it. It becomes ordinary text and is saved like anything you typed.
- Discard to remove it. Discard unapproved removes everything Co-writer has drafted that you have not accepted.
Unapproved text is not saved to your project and is not exported.
Proposals about the project
Co-writer can also propose a new character or place, a change to a profile, or a project decision to keep. These appear as proposal cards:
- Accept applies it.
- Revise asks Co-writer to change it first.
- Dismiss throws it away.
After you accept, Undo reverses it.
Approval settings
The composer has approval settings, such as Always ask. Whichever you choose, every proposal still waits for you to accept it.
