Production Home and Develop

Start from one composer: Develop an idea with Co-writer, which never generates, or Generate an image or video.

Production Home opens with one composer. It holds Video or Image, your prompt, + for references, the project, the visual style, the model, and a choice between Develop and Generate.

Develop

Develop talks an idea through with Co-writer. It never generates anything and never uses generation. Use it to:

  • plan coverage for a scene: ask for a shot plan and Co-writer proposes shots with durations;
  • revise a shot’s direction before you generate it;
  • think through a look, a place or a sequence.

What Co-writer proposes arrives as a proposal with Accept, Revise and Discard. Accepting a shot plan adds the shots to the scene, for example 4 shots added to Scene 03, nothing generated. Nothing is generated until you choose to.

Develop is available on every plan and uses Co-writer credits like any other Co-writer request.

Generate

Generate turns the composer into a request for an image or video. Choosing Generate always opens a confirmation first; nothing runs without it. See Generating video for a shot.

With or without a project

Choose a project from the project menu, or choose No project to work without one. Without a project, Scriptr uses no project context, and the suggestions change to match. Switching projects clears references from the previous project.

Recent work

Below the composer, Recent shows your latest takes, running jobs and conversations. Scenes in production sits beneath it. A generation started from Home appears under Not in a scene in Scenes & shots until you choose Add to scene.
