Deleting or archiving a project
Scriptr does not permanently delete projects yet. Archive a project to put it away; everything in it stays intact and you can restore it at any time.
Archive a project
- Select ⋯ beside the project in the sidebar.
- Select Archive.
The project leaves the sidebar. Its writing, characters, places, boards and Production work are all kept.
Find and restore an archived project
- Open Projects.
- Open Archived at the bottom of the library.
- Select ⋯ beside the project, then Unarchive.
You can also restore it from Project details… › Management with Restore project.
Permanent deletion
Permanently deleting a project is not available yet. For now, archiving is the way to put a project away.
Good to know
- Archiving does not remove anyone’s access. People you have invited can still open the project.
- Deleting individual characters and places is available. See Creating Characters.
