Creating your account

Create a Scriptr account with your email address and a password, then confirm it from the link we email you.

Create your account

  1. Go to app.scriptr.co/signup.
  2. Enter your email address and a password of eight characters or more.
  3. Select Create account.
  4. Scriptr shows Check your inbox. Open the email from Scriptr and select the confirmation link.
  5. The link brings you back to Scriptr, signed in.

Scriptr shows the same message whether or not an account already exists for that address, so the sign-up page never reveals who uses Scriptr. If you already have an account, sign in instead.

The first two screens

After you confirm your email, Scriptr asks two things:

  1. Welcome to Scriptr. Your name, and optionally what best describes your work.
  2. How would you like to begin? Start a new project, or import existing work.

You can change your name later in Settings › Account.

Good to know

  • Confirmation emails can take a minute or two to arrive. You can send another after 30 seconds. If nothing arrives, see Confirmation email did not arrive.
  • Continue with Google and Continue with Apple are not available yet. Use your email address to create your account.
